BMB (Breastfeeding/Busy Mom’s Breakfast)


Fast, Easy and Healthy grab&go breakfasts! I started making these a couple weeks ago and my husband and I are loving them. Start with the base mix and add ingredients that you love. I will add recipes that we have made as favorites in our house as we go.
Tonight I made 8 of them for the next 4 days. Using wide mouth pint size mason jars ( or whatever you have) add the following ingredients:

1/4 cup of Organic Old Fashioned Oats
2 tsp of Chia Seeds
1/3 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup of Vanilla Yogurt ( dairy or non-dairy)
Replace tops on mason jars and shake the contents.
Add your fruits/nuts/syrups of choice!
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to eating. Last 4-5 days refrigerated.

Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey

Tonights recipe consisted of the base above plus 1 Tablespoon of powdered peanut butter. 1/2 organic banana sliced and topped with Local Raw Honey.

Protein packed, awesome source of omegas, milk making oats and many more essential nutrients all in this simple and quick way to start the day!
